Randhir graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1982 with Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons.) degree. He further graduated from the University of Manchester in 1985 with an LL.B (Hons.) and was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in 1986. He returned to Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in June 1987. |

Randhir has advised on and assisted clients in the sale and purchase of businesses, mergers, acquismons, JOInt ventures, incorporation and establishment of business entities, structuring and re-restructuring of businesses, and has in several cases, been involved as consultant to several public-listed companies from their incorporation through to their listing Oil the Singapore Exchange as well as on NASDAQ.
He has also been consulted on a variety of licensing contracts, including technology and intellectual property licensing, technology and intellectual property sharing and transfer, eeCommerce businesses, as well as research and developtnent agreements, collaboration agreements, strategic alliance and consortium agreements, and other general company and commercial agreements. |
